For travel from the airport and around town, UBER/LYFT are very common in Las Vegas.  There are also taxis and rental cars available.  The hotel has free parking.  The hotel is approximately 15-20 minutes from the airport.

Couple things to note:
All hotels in Vegas charge a nightly resort fee.  Sam’s Town is $31.63 per night.
